OrderBased provides order-management and customer-retention software. By installing the app or creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to connect any Shopify store you add, and you must have the right to process the customer data it contains.
OrderBased is free for merchants who install it from the Shopify App Store. Merchants who sign up directly may subscribe to a paid plan; those subscriptions are billed separately and are not connected to your Shopify account.
The Shopify integration is read-only. We read orders so we can display and manage them. We never modify orders, products, prices, shipping, discounts or theme code, and we never add charges to a shopper's purchase. The only writes we make to Shopify are registering and removing our own webhook subscriptions.
Do not use OrderBased to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access another merchant's workspace. You are responsible for complying with marketing and privacy law in your jurisdiction when contacting your customers.
Your data remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion at any time. Uninstalling the app stops all syncing immediately.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using OrderBased at any time by uninstalling the app or closing your workspace. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other merchants at risk.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
